Also sometimes termed life coaching, self-improvement takes into account many areas of your life that you may feel need work. Examples of areas for which we frequently receive requests for help might include self-image, work or financial challenges, amongst a host of other personal situations.
Why work with a coach?
When you've reached the point where you feel that you're lacking clarity, energy or tools to make changes and find solutions in one or many aspects of your life, it can be beneficial to get support and guidance for a while, or for as long as it takes for you to be able to regain enough strength and confidence to deal with the situation on your own.
Your interaction with a coach remains absolutely confidential and can be viewed as a crutch, so to speak, that helps you through a rough patch and can be discontinued once you feel steady again on your own two feet.
Our approach
We help you look for solutions starting where you are, no matter where you find yourself in life.
Oftentimes, interacting with a coach can be crucial in avoiding downspiraling or long-term medication. Most people feel better as soon as they know that they are no longer facing problems alone. We provide the ear and shoulder you need – and most importantly, the guidance that will lead you to results and let you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Our offer
Coaching sessions are available à la carte (single sessions) and in packages of 2 or 5 sessions, as a few sessions can be enough to steer you in the right direction and implement solutions to overcome the issues at hand.
