Q: I am interested in your coaching offer. How do I book appointments after I buy sessions ?
A: When you buy one coaching session (or more), you receive a PDF document with all the necessary information (email, Telegram, Skype) to contact us and set up your first appointment.
Q: I bought a pack of 2 (or 5) coaching sessions. Will I speak to the same coach every time ?
A: Yes. Our mini-pack (2 sessions) and standard coaching pack (5 sessions) are meant to help you progress and and get structured follow-up. The same coach will follow you throughout your journey.
Q: Why do I have to schedule coaching sessions within a certain amount of time after purchase (1 month for a single session, 2 months for a mini-pack and 6 months for a standard pack) ?
A: We need to make sure that we have enough slots available to fill all orders, and plan accordingly. If customers bought sessions and only scheduled them several months later when we already have other clients, it could become difficult to accomodate all requests.
Q: I didn't use all my sessions within the specified amount of time, can I get reimbursed ?
A: Unfortunately no. We block out a certain number of slots with each purchase, to make sure that every customer can be attended in a timely manner. Blocking time slots means that we won't accept other clients. Therefore, we can't refund sessions that have not been used within the specified amount of time.
Q: Do you also offer office appointments ?
A: We don't. We have clients from all over the world, and maintaining office space for a few local clients would be very cost-inefficient. Not having office space also means that we can keep overhead expenses to a minimum, and hence keep product prices low.
Q: I have to cancel an appointment, what is your policy ?
A: When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you send us a written notice (via email, Skype or Telegram) at least 24 hours in advance so we can free up your slot for another person.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, or miss an appointment without cancelling, you will lose that session (= the session is considered as used).
Q: I am interested in the Meal Plans. I am a vegetarian/vegan or practice restriction of a category of food by obligation (for example due to an intolerance) or by choice. Are the Meal Plans adequate for me? Can you adjust them for my needs if I buy coaching sessions ?
A: The products from our Weight Loss 101 line offer a balanced diet and are NOT adequate for individuals who need or want to practice restriction of one or more categories of food. We DO NOT alter Meal Plans during coaching sessions to fit requests for restriction of food categories.
Q: What does « sale is final » mean ?
A: It means that there is no refund policy. Due to the nature of products, if we had a refund policy it means that you could borrow documents instead of buying them, and that we would do custom-tailored coaching work for free.
